Abstraction Fail
"Leger railway crossing". Via Wikipedia. (Railway crossing??? )
Lack of any proper abstractions, data or object structures what so ever in an application.
Usually caused by sloppy or no understanding of the domain. Causes extreme force programming.
A bit of sun light and in the shower programming can be the remedy.
